When is Delivery?

Most orders are delivered within 7-14 working days by our own fleet of trucks (subject to stock availability). If the item is in stock we can deliver within 5 working days. LG and Whirlpool refrigeration are home delivered directly by the manufacturers and may take longer (2-3 weeks). We will contact you once an order has been placed to arrange delivery. We can usually only specify AM or PM delivery. Delivery is made to the cardholder's address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot accept delivery. Failure to accept delivery on the delivery date may incur another delivery charge.

Why must I check the good before signing?

Please open the packaging and check all goods in front of the driver before signing- your signature will confirm you have received the item in good condition.

If you notice any damage to the appliance or packaging, note this down next to your signature. For example "box damaged, broken, dented". The onus is on you to prove the damaged was caused during transit.

If for any reason you are unable to check the item please mark "unchecked" on the driver's notes, next to your signature.

In the event of goods being received damaged please let us know as soon as possible and within 24 hours. If the item is damaged and you have marked unchecked on the driver's notes, we will offer a 50% refund of the price paid only. It is therefore in your interest to open the item, check it and mark any damages on the driver's notes.

What is Self-pick up / Collection?

If you live near to our pick-up outlets in Birmingham, Preston, London, Weston Super Mare or Featherstone you can collect the goods yourself and save on the delivery cost. Please tick the self pick up box and highlight your chosen pick up depot at the checkout. These are pick-up depots only and not kitchen showrooms. Collection is made by prior arrangement and 3PINS will be in contact via email after you have placed your order to confirm the order and advise of collection instructions. Lead times for collection for all in-stock appliances are up to 7 working days as the goods are stored in Birmingham and must be transferred to your chosen outlet. You must bring proof of ID, payment method, and a print out of your original order. Please check all appliances at the depot before signing for them.
