Delivery FAQs

What is the cut off time for Next Day delivery?

Next day delivery is subject to availability and the cut off time is 2pm on weekdays. Items on this service are delivered on Tuesday-Friday only.

Where do we deliver to?

Our delivery is to addresses within the UK Mainland.  Unfortunately, we can't deliver to you if you're located in the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland. We may not be able to deliver if you're in the Scottish Highlands or in more remote parts of Scotland. Post code restrictions may apply for all deliveries especially on our 2 Man Service (for example in Scotland), please check with us prior to ordering.

Do I have to be in to sign for my delivery?

Yes. All items must be signed for and we strongly advise you inspect the items and check the model numbers match the ones on your order before signing.  For our large 2 Man deliveries all packaging will be removed as part of the service so you can check the goods before signing. For all other deliveries please open the packaging and inspect the goods to confirm you have received the items in good condition.

What shall I do if I notice a parcel is missing or damaged?

Please mark any damages or shortages next to your signature or mark “unchecked” next to your signature. In the unlikely event this happens please email us within 24 hours of receiving your item attaching a photo of the damage.

Do I receive a text alert or a call about my delivery?

Yes. You will receive a text the night before delivery advising of a delivery time. On the day of delivery you will receive a further text or call advising of a time slot for delivery.

Are there any re-delivery costs?

We will book a mutually convenient day for you to take delivery but we understand that sometimes you may not be available to accept goods. If you are not available to accept the goods on the date agreed a re-delivery charge will apply.

What is the delivery charge if I buy 2 appliances on your ‘Standard Service’?

A delivery charge of £35 is applied for 2 or more ‘large/fragile’ appliances. Any combination of medium or small items are charged per item.

What is the delivery cost if I buy multiple items on a ‘Next Day’ or ‘Saturday’ delivery?

In this case you would be charged per item.

What is the delivery cost if I buy multiple of ‘Ex large’ items?

You would be charged per item.

 

 

Return FAQs

Do you have a 14 day No Fuss Returns Policy?

Yes.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods please send them back to us for a full refund within 14 days.

Why is it important to inspect the items?

Please inspect the items and report any damages immediately and within 24 hours of receiving the goods (even if you will not use your appliance for a while for example if you are renovating your kitchen).  All items received with a clean signature will not be covered under insurance by the courier if damaged is noticed afterwards.

How do I package the return to you?

If you want to return a large appliance and if you no longer have the original packaging or it in unusable, it is your responsibility to obtain adequate packaging to safely transport the goods back to us. For 2 Man deliveries remind the driver you want to keep the packaging.

Do you have any conditions for the Returns?

Yes. The return is subject the following terms:

  1. Cancel in Writing within 14 days of receiving the good
  2. Return the product along with any accessories
  3. While in your possession, you have a statutory duty to take care of the goods and keep them in good condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and these results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value or make the item non-returnable
  4. You are responsible for the cost of the return. We recommend you send the item back recorded delivery with insurance in case the item is damaged on its return. We can provide a collection quote if required.
  5. If you do not insure the item you will be liable if the item is damaged on its return to us.
  6. Any goods returned must be adequately packaged to protect against damage.  We will charge you for the reduction in value or the item will be sent back to you if it is damaged upon return.
  7. You will be entitled to a refund from 3PINS, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days.

Do I have to register the product for the guarantee?

Yes. Please register the guarantee within 28 days of purchase or within the time scale advised in the guarantee registration form supplied with the product.

Who do I contact if the product develops a fault within the guarantee period?

In this case please call the number in your guarantee registration form that came with the appliance. Please be aware that guarantees vary between manufacturers.

 

 

Collection FAQs

Can I collect from one of your depots?

Yes. If you live near to our collection depots you can collect the goods yourself and save on the delivery cost. These are collection depots only and not kitchen showrooms. Please tick the ‘collect’ box and highlight your chosen pick up depot at the checkout.

Where can I collect from?

Will I be contacted to arrange a collection date?

Yes. We will be in contact to arrange a collection date and email you the full collection details. Please do not collect your order without receiving this ‘Collection Confirmation’ email.

What days and times can I collect?

Birmingham is open Mon- Fri 10am-5.30pm and on Sat 10.30am-3pm. This is a store and TV Showroom. 

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You must bring proof of ID, payment method, and a print out of your original order.

 

 

Order and Payment FAQs

Do you Price Match?

Yes! If you find a product cheaper elsewhere please email or call us and we’ll do our upmost to match their price! All you need is the product code and the website address of where you found the item cheaper.

How do you place orders?

You can place orders online or by calling our Sales Team

What Payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including American Express as well as payments made by PayPal. All payments are processed using our Sage Pay secure payment servers.

 

Product Codes, Dimensions, Images and Specification

We try to update the product specifications and images on the site regularly and keep them updated to match the manufacturer’s specifications. However, at times the images and specifications may change, without notice. We strongly advise you check the manufacturer’s product codes, images and specifications to get the most accurate and up to date information.

We do our upmost to provide product dimensions but the dimensions displayed on our site must be treated as approximates.  Please refer to the manufacturer’s technical drawings for the most up to date information. 

 

 

Recycling

Many electrical appliances can be recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination- harming wildlife and also human health.  We are supporting the WEEE (Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment) Directive from the government. 

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin. 

Recycling is on a like for like basis, so if you purchase a television from us, you can choose to have your old television recycled.  We recycle any large appliance free of charge when you collect your order from us.  We can recycle your appliance if you choose to have your appliance delivered to you. Please note this charge is for carriage costs only, we do not charge for recycling.

Yes, we recycle any large appliance free of charge when you collect your order from us.
